This high-precision planetary gearbox is belong to MG series gearbox, it with gear ratio 50:1 and a maximum 50arc-min backlash. Diffent with the EG series' steel gears, MG series' gears are made of powder metallurgy. It's an excellent choice for applications that require good accuracy but low cost.
This inline planetary gearbox built-in an input shaft coupling which can match standard 5mm short shaft Nema 17 stepper motor, brushless dc motor and brushed dc motor.
One of matchable motor is 17HS15-1584S, for other motors, please contact our technical support to custom the motor shaft.
MG series gearboxes are only suitable for short shaft motors with a shaft length of 6.5-10.5mm.
