Hybrid-Schrittmotor

Der STEPPERONLINE Hybrid-Schrittmotor ist eine Kombination aus variablem Reluktanz- und Permanentmagnetmotor. Der Stator wird wie bei einem Schrittmotor mit variabler Reluktanz elektromagnetisch erregt, und der Rotor des Schrittmotors ist wie bei einem Schrittmotor mit Permanentmagneten axial magnetisiert. Dieser Schrittmotor ist ein Aktuator, der elektrische Impulse in eine Winkelverschiebung umwandelt.

Im Vergleich zu den beiden anderen Arten von Schrittmotoren bieten Hybridschrittmotoren ein höheres Drehmoment bei kleinerem Schrittwinkel und haben eine bessere dynamische Eigenschaft. Mit der Entwicklung von Wissenschaft und Technik, insbesondere der Entwicklung von Dauermagnetmaterialien, Halbleitertechnologie und Computertechnologie, sind diese Schrittmotoren in der industriellen Automatisierung, Robotik, Textil- und Medizinindustrie weit verbreitet.
