Where are you shipping from?


Most of StepperOnline packages are shipped from China, the dispatching date will be commenced in 24 housr after we receive order(Except for Sunday).

A tracking number will be offered to your Email address in an automatic manner as long as we officially dispatched your package from our warehouse. Customer is advised to tracking goods through express company website.

It occasionally comes to the situation for no displaying of tracking information after the receiving of shipment notification. Please be advised to wait for 1-2 business days until the updating of pertinent tracking information.




What shipping methods do you offer?


StepperOnline partners with major two international shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS, the estimate transit time are:

DHL: 2-5 business days
Fedex: 3-6 business days
UPS: 3-6 business days
TNT: 3-5 business days
EMS(ePacket): 7-15 business days

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

What countries or regions do you ship to?


We ship most of countries worldwide, you can use Estimate Shipping Cost Tool (at below of the Shopping Cart page) to check if your country in our scope. If you it showing "No shipping available to the selected country", please Contact us.




How do I calculate the shipping cost?


The shipping cost is only required when you add the product to shopping cart, and choose your country at Estimate Shipping Cost Tool, the cost will be displayed after you click "Update" botton. The cost is calculated based on current items and quantity in your shopping cart.




When I click paying by paypal, I only see the cost for products, but without the shipping cost, it's normal?


Yes, it's normal. When you login your paypal account or fill credit card information and then continue, you will redirect to the shopping cart of our site, and you will have chance to choose the shipping method and confirm the shipping cost.




How are taxes and customs duties handled?


As per our data, some of packages are opened and checked by customs officials at their destination. In the event that your package is inspected, you (the customer) will be responsible to pay any taxes that have been assessed.

We strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import policy before making a purchase. Normally, the customs duties are calculated according to the rate of tax and total amount on invoice.

In order to avoid or lower your import customs duties, we will create customs invoice with a lower value. If you need formal invoice with real amount, please leave instructions when you process the checkout.
